REFUND POLICY
ARTcnet is confident that you will treasure the artworks that you purchase from us.
We also understand that on occasion a collector needs to return an artwork.
Thus, ARTcnet has adopted the following return policy. Any items damaged in transit to you
are fully refundable, as long as you report the damage to us within two weeks of receipt
and ship the items back to us within the following two week period. Any other item (not
including a commissioned artwork or craft or an item sold by auction) is refundable less
shipping costs and a 15% restocking charge, as long as you notify us of your intention to
return the item within two weeks of receipt and ship the items back to us within the
following two week period. Commissioned items and items sold by auction (meeting the
condition stated at the time of sale) are not refundable unless damaged in transit to you.
During the past 2 years, ARTcnet.com has NEVER had a returned artwork and has
NEVER had a collector with bad credit. |

SHIPPING
ARTcnet is happy to provide shipping as a service to our collectors.
ARTcnet.com will pass all costs of shipping to the collector at the prices we pay and
often we will provide free shipping. There are several ways to ship, and you will be
able to choose the method based on expense or speed (2-day or overnight always costs
more). All items are insured. |

TAXATION
In October, 1998, Congress voted to place a 3 year moratorium on Internet taxation.
Customs expenses, if any, will be determined by the country from which the item
will be shipped and will be passed on to the collector. |
