2.You may not alter the banners in any manner without the permission of ARTcnet.com. You may not alter our logo in any manner whatsoever. For example, you may not change the proportion, color, or font of the logo.

3.You may not display the banner or logo in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by ARTcnet.com outside of your involvement in the Associates Program.

4.You may not use the banners or logos to disparage ARTcnet.com, its products or services, or in a manner which, in ARTcnet.com reasonable judgement, may diminish or otherwise damage ARTcnet.com's goodwill.

5.The banner and logo that you select must appear by themselves, with reasonable spacing (approximately the height of the banner or logo) between each side of the logo and other graphic or textual elements.

6.You must include the following statement in your materials that include the logo: Associate of ARTcnet.com Fine Art Gallery.

8.You acknowledge that all rights to the banners and logos are the exclusive property of ARTcnet.com, and all goodwill generated through your use of the banners and logo will inure to the benefit of ARTcnet.com.

ARTcnet.com Fine Art Gallery reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these guidelines at any time. ARTcnet.com reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these guidelines.
