This Mezuzah is decorated with the four angels that are sent by God to protect us : Micha-el on the right; Gavri-el to the left Oori-el in front and Rafa-el behind.
The continuation of the prayer is "and above my head the presence of God" here represented by the Torah scroll crowning the Mezuzah.
