| In April, 1996, a large
one-man exhibition in Kiev of Frank Meisler's sculptures was held at the Ukraine Ministry
of Foreign Trade. The exhibition was opened by Mr. Kuchma, President of the Ukraine. |

| Frank Meisler was born in
Danzig, educated in England and graduated with a degree in Architecture from the
University of Manchester. He settled in Israel in 1960. |
