After passing through a period of abstract painting, I have become more dedicated to looking at our environment and atmosphere through a representation of day-to-day situations which is in some way figurative.  I have the desire to "paint the air" and capture moments which are not dependent on a determined time.  The concept of figure to related surroundings is enhanced by lines of direction and interrelated color and form.  The resulting composition, whether it be a landscape of Israel, a Rabbinic study or still life, requires study.  I am thankful to the Creator of everything, to my dear parents and husband, to Ida Gonzalez, to my grandmothers, family and friends, to all of the UFT, to my beautiful mother-in-law who gave me the opportunity to exhibit my paintings in her gallery, to my sister Miri and to all whom I appreciate and love.
