The ketuba can illustrate
a story. Here the harp, a symbol of music, is the focus of the couples interests.
This is a story of a second marriage, featuring two children from the wifes previous
marriage, two children from the husbands previous marriage, and the baby they hoped
to birth together. Their initials adorn the top center of the ketuba.

The ketuba is decorated
with people and symbols important to the couple, such as doves of peace, a menorah, and
Rabbi Shlomo, that emanate from the Garden of Eden. The couple is waiting for the
scribe to complete the wedding contract so that it can be placed in the decorated ketuba.
